// about
We turn frustration into fixes.
Oneclik started with a tired question every team knows too well: “can you reproduce it?” We built the fastest way for users to report bugs, request features and share feedback, so every report arrives with the full picture and an AI-drafted ticket.
Context first
A report with no screenshot, console or steps is a guessing game. We capture everything, automatically, the moment something breaks.
AI does the grunt work
Users barely type a word. AI drafts the title, description, severity and a likely root cause, so your team reviews instead of writing.
Meet users anywhere
Web widget, browser extension or mobile SDK. One way in for your users, one dashboard out for your team.
Born inside the work, not in a pitch deck.
For years, InnoWave's engineering teams shipped digital products for some of the largest operators in telecommunications, energy, and financial services. Across every engagement, the same pattern showed up: support tickets with screenshots no one could reproduce, console logs that never made it to the engineer, and triage threads that lasted longer than the bug.
We built Oneclik for ourselves first. One button, embedded in the product. The user clicks it. Screenshot, console, network, replay, environment - captured automatically. AI drafts a clean, deduplicated ticket. Jira gets the fully-formed issue, already triaged.
Then we realised every product team has this problem. So we shipped it.

Ship the fix, not the ticket
Every product decision is judged by one thing: does it shorten the path between a user noticing a bug and an engineer merging a fix?
AI as a teammate, not a feature
AI doesn't sit behind a toggle. It triages, summarises, and drafts - so humans spend their time on judgement, not transcription.
Built with the people using it
We design with QA leads, support engineers, and product managers in the room. If a workflow feels heavy, it gets cut.
